基本的にスタッフさんが焼いてくださいます！
ただこれが難点で…
焼き加減と食べるスピードと会話のスピードが
いまいちマッチしない…
大人数で豪快に焼くような場面なら
また違うのかな…？と思いつつ
焼いてる間の音も大きく会話をするにも不向きで
ちょっと考えものですね…( ；ᵕ； )
まあそのジューーという音と香ばしい香りを
おつまみにしながらお酒が美味しい…←
最初の子持ちししゃもとイカは
そりゃ安定の美味しさですが
目の前で焼かれたという状況が一層美味に♡
その後の鶏肉達も
各それぞれの部位が焼かれていくと
色味や火の通り方や全然違うので
それもまた楽しかったです⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎
お塩で食べたりオススメの調味料で食べたり…
そして何よりも！！
札幌中央卸市場直送の文字と
"ぶっかけ""量り売り"という文字が胸熱な
いくら丼が美味しい〜♡♡♡
お米にも相当こだわっているみたいで、
いくらとの相性最高…

リピするには相手や状況を少し考えますが…
