2012-03-28トラジ池袋＠池袋 西口 カウンターで一人焼肉・・・。テーマ：焼肉池袋西口、マルイの手前。
池袋駅から行くと、エチカの方に向い、
エチカの階段を下りず、
左手にある階段を上る。
上ってすぐ。30秒ほどの所にあり便利。
火曜日の早い時間にうかがった。
エレベーターで6階に上がり、扉が開くと、すぐに店内。
カウンターがあり、カウンターキッチンがあり、右手に行くとテーブル席と
個室というか、ガラス張りの別室がある。
焼肉は炭火で、七輪が運ばれてくる。
カウンターの壁に小窓がついていて、そこから煙を吸引。
面白い。煙も意外と吸われていく。
カウンターで一人焼肉。
肉、ホルモン系を少しずつ頂いた。
この日美味しかったのは
ヒレカク
ハラミ
上カルビ
ミノ
コプチャン
他の系列店舗に何件か行っているが、
日によって、肉の質が異なる。
あたりまえと言えばあたりまえだが、
そう考えると楽しい。
ヒレカクは焼き過ぎなければ、大変やわらかい。
最近、サシがきつくなり、赤身好きなのでヒレカクはありがたい。
エビとトントロを初めて食べた。
池袋にしては店の雰囲気が落ち着いており、
ゆっくりと食事ができる。
BGMはジャズ。
グラスワイン、白と赤を頂いた。
両方とも割としっかり目。
赤ワインは焼肉と合っていて面白い。
焼肉でカウンター越しにいろいろ出していただけるのは
ラーメン屋のような感じがして面白い。
カウンターキッチン焼肉に行ったのはここが初めて、のような気がする。
一人焼肉ができて良かった。
