冬になると期間限定でお目にかかれる味噌赤丸を追いかけて一風堂池袋店へ。見慣れた紅白のイスがお出迎えしてくれます。主人は定番白丸を、私は目的
の味噌赤丸を。order後10分程で、底深の赤の器と白の器が着丼。白丸はどこの店舗でもお馴染みの定番のお味。味噌赤丸は、赤味噌がしっかりとスープに溶けこみ、少々ピリ辛で、病みつきになってしまいそうなお味。モヤシとルイボスティと、とても合います。寒い冬、身も心も温まりました。
