池袋駅東口から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある一風堂へ。池袋には駅構内に豚骨BASEMADEという一風堂の業態がもう1店舗あります。
平日の夜に行きました。店内はカップルもランチなどに選べそうなおしゃれな雰囲気。久しぶりにからか麺を注文しました。辛もやし、高菜は無料サービスで、セルフで小皿に盛ります。
唐辛子由来であろう辛さが効いているスープです。
水菜が食感のアクセントに据えられています。麺はストレートの細麺。
チャーハンは油分のしっかりしたパラッとしたご飯。具材はネギ、玉子と比較的シンプルです。福神漬が添えられています。
だいぶお値段高くなっていますが、美味しくいただきました。
