私の中で池袋西口はこの2店！
コロナ禍の途中で、長期休業に入られたのでしょうか？応援も含めて投稿させて頂きました。
写メは案の定これしか…
こちらのお酒、芋焼酎にハマっている際に見つけたんですが、かなりサッパリとした中に最後に焼酎独特の焼ける様な後味がありました。焼酎苦手な方も好きになれる一品。
そして個人的オススメメニューは、
おおぶりな鶏レバーのレア焼き
大山鷄もも
つくね
ささみレア焼き
猫まんま（汁なし猫まんま！）
オーダー入ってからの捌き？仕込みは簡単にしかやってないのでしょうか？
というのも、いつもお料理はオーダーから提供まで結構時間かかるのですが絶品です。
特にレバーやささみなどのレア焼きものは、臭みは全くなく、大山鶏の鮮度は抜群です。
チーズ、わさび、柚子胡椒、明太子などいろんなトッピングバージョンを楽しめるのも良きです！
久々に近くを寄った際に見て、閉店とかではなく長期休業？の様なので、首を長くしてまた再開をお待ちしてます。
