池袋。この店はかなり昔から気になっていた。そして今回、北海道へ行く前に、この店を確認したくて来店。道産子は、現在は知らないが、ガキの頃は、豚か羊が主流。牛なんて内地来てから食べた。ジンギスカン、人は、臭いと言う人も内地にはいる。まあ確かかも。市販されている冷凍ジンギスカンは、食感堅く、臭いかも。
いざ出陣。店内は、汚い。でも、それが昭和の俺には、なまらいい。生ビールを注文。※久々2杯飲んだ。そして、ジンギスカン最初のセット980円。これを最初に注文しなければいけないらしい。次にラムタン、ラムハツ、ラムランプ、何故?次々注文?
なまら美味いからさ。肉質(柔らかい)臭みない。でさあ、北海道では、タレ「ベルのタレ」だが、この店は違う。薄めの醤油自家製タレ。それは、肉本来の味を活かすため。ビール1杯で切り上げようと立ち寄ったが、はまってしまった。再放送されたGTOの原作者がサインを書いたのにも理由がわかる。マジうめえ。久々の高得点。北海道、今月月末行く前に、この内地で、最高のジンギスカン食えた幸せハイテンション。因み、ジンギスカンは国産か聞いたが、海外の物。でもよ、食えば判。北海道で、この味堪能するには、倍の値段がかかるよ。高ければ美味い?安くて美味いのが、店主の力量。まして、ジンギスカン
は、道産子一般家庭の品。従業員のお姉さん、マジ美味かった。有り難う。また行きます。来るなと言われれば行けないけど。適当なコメンティナーいるけど国産じゃないよ。店主に聞いたから。
※脂飛ぶから、服や臭い気になる人は無理だよ。食べログ10年以上書き込んで初めて、順位が本当だと感じたお店だ。
