【池袋を開拓大冒険の巻！ その26】
いつもの知人先輩、最近数回入退院を繰り返す。実は病み上がり本日勤務初日。ですが、「今日行くぞ！」えっ、大丈夫ですか！「問題ない。」と言いながらも、少し辛さが見え隠れ。こうしていつも二人で池袋の冒険をしていることが、いまや互いにとての癒しなのかも知れません！？ ゆっくり歩みを進めましょう。
本日の一軒目は別のお店に行く予定。ですがハイボールが200円の看板は、見逃せません！少々寄り道です。
こちら『勇』さんへ訪問です。
店内に入ると炭の香り！心地よい。お店の方より2階へ案内され、こちらにはは、まだだれもいないです。
注文はタブレットで行い、こちらを注文です。
【今回のメニュー】
・ホワイトホースハイボール 200円×4

・焼き鳥5種盛合せ 800円
200円のハイボールで退院を祝し、乾杯！

【お通し】
お通しはとても苦手な、塩味もブラックペッパーの味も強い、セントラルキッチンのタレ。
そして、知事先輩が発見！コレに醤油をたらす！ん、なんとか食べられなそうです♪良い感じ。
味の組み合わせは、無限です。
【焼き鳥5種盛合せ】
レバー、ぼんじり、ねぎま、ささみ、つくねの5種類。
香りをしっかりまとい、炭火で焼いていることが分かります。どの串も上手な火入れで、とてもふっくらした焼き上がり。レバーも若干のドリップがあり、パサつきがなくとても美味しい。
200円ハイボールをおかわりして、5本の串を食べ終える。
