久しぶり、2度目の訪問。以前はコロナ前ですね。駅近で朝までやっているため、使い勝手は非常に良いですね。
信玄どりを使ったお店。最近は大山鶏がよく聞きますし、良く行く店はたいてい大山鶏です。
信玄どりは柔らか大山に比べると歯応えある感じですね。
膝軟骨の串はあまり聞いたことない！揚げでは定番で良く聞きますが今回初めて！ジューシーでした。
全体的にはよく焼き系です。
にしても、最近この手の罰金の貼り紙を良く見ます。
コロナ後、飲み方が悪い人が増えたのかな…
居酒屋店員さんは大変だよな…
良い酔い客でいるよう、酒に飲まれないように気をつけよう…
