◎フロマージュブラン風味ロール巻き：
歯応えを残した野菜と良く火を通した野菜の両方があり食感が楽しい、野菜が甘い。
◎燻し紅鮭：
スモークの味が強く香りがいい、身が厚いが随分と軟らい噛み応え、うまい。
◎帆立貝低温ロースト
いい帆立を使っている、大きくて甘い。
メイン（魚料理）－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－
◎尾道港の真鯛のグリル：
鯛だからサッパリしているだろうと思ったが、なかなか味がある、ハーブの香りもいい。

薄く脂が指しておりナイフでスーッと切れる、赤身と脂を楽しめた。
