I usually go to the "Toranomon store" in the office district, but today's "Ikebukuro store" surprised me with its flashy neon lights and storefront that looks like a secret underground base! We also have a wide variety of manga comics. Today, I ordered the 1997 reprint "Mouyan Curry All Topped" (1,320 yen). The ingredients are luxurious, with plenty of pork, tandoori chicken, shrimp, and rich cheese. Personally, I like the sweet and salty roux flavor. And topping service. The onion pickles, smoked pickled radish, and bean sprout namul are also great, but the fluffy potatoes with skin are so delicious that you'll find yourself asking for more. Honestly, it feels more like a ``spicy izakaya'' or ``curry Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)'' than a ``curry shop'', with a wide Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) of drinks including alcohol and a la carte dishes other than curry. I think I'll go for a drink next time.
