モロゾフのカスタードプリンを買いに行くと、カラメルの効いたもの、モンブランなど、いくつか種類があるが、どれもプリンとしては、レギュラーのカスタードプリンにかなわない気がする。
この黄色いキャップをはがすと出てくるプリンは、底にカラメルがある。これを下から混ぜたりしないで、自分は上から食べていくのが好きだ。
卵の感じといい、なめらかさといい、カラメルの適度な苦味といい、やはりモロゾフの王道のカスタードプリンだ。
