叙庵さんはいつもランチで利用させていただいております。
今回はチャーハンが食べたくなり、
なんとなくランチメニューにあった「チャンジャキムチチャーハン」1,045円をオーダー。
そもそも「チャンジャ」って何だろう。
調べると、タラの内臓をトウガラシやにんにく、コチュジャンなどで付け込んで塩辛のようにしたものとのこと。
韓国の珍味の1つで、魚のキムチとも言われているとか・・。
で、それがキムチと一緒になってチャーハンとして調理されるようです。
ほどなくして「チャンジャチャーハン」が来ました。
チャンジャ自体はそれほど目立たず、小さい粒が無数にチャーハンに入っている感じ。
しかし、このチャーハン美味しい。
よくあるパサパサ系のチャーハンではなく、しっとり系です。
キムチのピリ辛感と、少し塩辛のような塩味が垣間見られ
これがしっとり系のチャーハンとかなり合います。
奥の方のご飯にも火が通っており、かなり熱々でテンションあがります。
すごく後を引く炒飯でした。
これでスープとサラダ、キムチ、ドリンクが付いてきますので、
コスパも好いと思います。
