4月土曜、3連休初日、
18:20に訪問しました。
いま、要予約で運営しているようなのですが、
近くに来たついでに聞いてみたら「入って良いよ」と。ありがたい。
牛タンテールスープとろろセット 2900円（税込）を口頭注文。
10分強で提供されました。
牛タンはそこまで厚くはない。
食感は柔らかく、脂がしっかりしていて甘い。タン元かな。
塩気はまずまずでそのままで良い、
とろろと合わせるなら卓上の塩を少し掛けると良いんじゃないかな。
とろろはなんか、
とうもろこしのような香りと甘味がした。
ちょっと黄色いし、もしかすると入ってるんじゃないかな。
この風味は好み次第ですね、個人的にはノーマルなとろろのほうが好きかな。
卓上には南蛮味噌がある。
辛さはまずまず程度で、うまい。とろろと組み合わせると辛味はほぼ気にならないレベル。
すごく良かったのはテールスープ。
コラーゲンたっぷりのテールがぶつ切りで入っていて、とても満足感がある。もちろん美味い。
とても満足。
次はタン先も頼んでみようかな。
