休日の昼過ぎに伺いました。
店内2組。
なんとなく、かつ丼セットを注文。蕎麦は温かいのにしました。
そんな待たずに到着。
掛け蕎麦ですが天かすがついてきます。
率直な感想ですがつゆが濃くて甘い。
全く好みではないのですが関東風ってこんなもんと自問自答して食べました。
※自分は関東人ですがここまで甘いつゆは初めてかなと。
かつ丼。
セットのわりにはカツが肉厚でよいのですが、こちらも甘くて濃い。
こちらも自分には甘すぎてあまり好みではありませんでした。
なんか、糖分足りてないってことなのかと自問自答して退店。
蕎麦自体はよかった気もするので、次があれば天ざるかな。
でも、結構温かい蕎麦を推しているんですよね。
皆さんは甘めが好きなんでしょうかね？
