4月13日12:30予約しての訪問。池袋西口メトロポリタンホテル最上階のイタリアンダイニングバー。眺望は最高。高級店ですが、メキシコの民族衣装が飾ってあったり、そこまで緊張はせず過ごせる雰囲気が好印象。
前菜・メインディッシュ・デザートが楽しめる
コース＝デリシオーソ(4000円)に、＋600円でタコスorパスタを追加しました。
・前菜:ポソレ(豚肉とトウモロコシのスープ)と豚の皮揚げ
・パンとオリーブオイル
・タコス:和牛スジとオニオンピクルス
・メイン:カジキマグロのアヒパンカ マッシュポテト添え
・デザート3種:ミルクソースがけのクレームブリュレ/ベネズエラのチョコレート菓子/砂糖をまぶした揚げ菓子
・コーヒー
メインのカジキマグロは流石の美味しさ。
デザートも食べる価値がありました。
