I visited for lunch! I had a nice view from the window seat on the 25th floor of the Metropolitan Hotel. It was sunny and we could see Mt. Fuji, and we had a delicious lunch. The lunch course appetizers are made with 15 types of vegetables, so they are brightly colored and healthy. There are four main dishes to choose from, and I ordered the miso-flavored cream pasta with spring cabbage and bacon shimeji mushrooms. The taste is mellow and matches the flavor of miso. Dessert was a spring citrus parfait that was perfect for refreshing the palate. The staff's customer service was good and I was able to relax.
