数日前から、ユッケジャンうどんが食べたい。
焼肉屋ではなく、韓国家庭料理屋で食べたい。
昔、一時期、東部百貨店地下にあった“妻家房”
のイートインスペースで、週一食べていたユッ
ケジャンうどん。コレが好み♪
たぶん、資格の学校に通っていた頃かな？
ユッケジャンうどんと言っても、麺が透明で
モチモチ、ゴムの様な弾力食感のアレ！
日本のうどんや、蕎麦粉入りの麺では✕
だったら、“妻家房” に行け！という話になるが
東部百貨店地下からは撤退しており、四谷本店
に出向いてみたものの、違うんだよなぁ～
さて、韓豚屋のユッケジャンうどんは、かつて
lunch でヘビロテしていた時期もある。
サンシャイン自体が久々(笑)
15時近いのに10人は並んでいる。私の後にも
すかさず10人！が、回転は早い。
先ずはキムチで生ビールだ♪
お通しは白菜キムチと韓国海苔。
選べるナムルとカクテキ、ユッケジャンうどん
を order
選べるナムルは人参、ゼンマイ、小松菜、大根
を選んだが、大根がもやしになっていた(笑)
カクテキも、白菜キムチが提供されたので、
流石に、コレ間違っているよと、交換願う(笑)
お通しで先に出ていて、被るやないかい。
純生マッコリを orderしたら、再度、別のstaff
が聞きに来た。中々提供されないから、声を
かけると、『生とマッコリは別々なモノです！』
いやいや、“純生マッコリ”って menu に書いて
あるから(笑)
色々とスレ違うが、久々のユッケジャンうどん
お～、懐かしい♪ 胡麻油がちと強い？酢を足
したいかなぁ
純生マッコリは、よく飲んでいる生マッコリ
よりはアッサリ薄味。
向かいのトラジにも、ユッケジャンうどんが
有る(麺も◎)ことを、並んでいる間に知った。
食べ比べもアリだな。
