身体が全く言う事聞かず、目的地を途中で逸れて流れ着いたら池袋。
そしたら北口飲み屋街で昼からやるしかない。
延辺料理が食べられるというお店に。
延辺料理って？
朝鮮半島系中国人の料理？
昼だけどランチメニュー無し。
メニューには四川と延辺と二つの地域料理と、後は肉とか海鮮とか串とかおすすめとか。
因みに狗肉も有る。
延辺料理は、やたらムチムが多い。
後は韓国料理ぽいのそうでもないの。
冷面有る。
コムタンみたいの有る。

高菜とイカ炒め
ザーサイ
もやしはナムルかな？
韓国ぽいと思いつつ、食べると中華もやし？とも感じる。
高菜が甘い味付けで旨い。
ザーサイはいきなり、普通の中国料理店のザーサイでは感じない香辛料の匂い。
思考が瞬時に大陸に飛んでった。

良い味だからいい。
海鮮はムキ海老、イカ、殻付き浅利。
ムキ海老に塩味付いてて珍しい？
あと椎茸、木綿豆腐、えのき、じゃが芋香菜？
韓国料理に香菜？
びっくり。
芋はスライスで食べ易い。
豆腐は木綿でも中はトロトロに煮えてる。
ステキ。
