池袋西口の「中国料理 四季香 池袋北口本館」。
日本人に媚びない「ガチ中華」なお店です。
場所は池袋駅西口（北）から徒歩2，3分。
ガチ中華も多い繁華街からちょっと離れた線路に近い場所にあります。
ランチ定食は曜日替わりで7種類。
店頭の立て看板は日本語メニューですが、日替わりや注文用タブレットはほぼ中国語です。
店内は広く、中国人のお客さんも多め。
スタッフは日本語も話せますが、中国語のやり取りが飛び交います。
「蒸しスペアリブ（黒豆味）」980円
あまり日本の中華料理店で見かけない定食を選択。
スペアリブにライス、お味噌汁、副菜2品でライスはお代わり可能です。
スペアリブは3、4センチの大きさにカットされたものが10個以上。
噛むと簡単に肉が骨から剥がれます。
肉は柔らかくジューシー。
骨周りなのでブリンブリンな部位もあって美味しいです。
（黒豆味）とあるのはトウチの様で、ちょっとピリ辛な麻婆風味も。
ネギ、トウチ、ニンニクのソースはご飯も進みます。
町中華では出てこないようなガチ中華がランチで1000円以下。
池袋西口はガチ中華がたくさんあるので、少しずつ開拓してみたいです。
