◎四季香特製焼き魚（麻辣口味）
メインディッシュ。川のコイを香辛料につけて臭みをとって作った料理。1匹丸ごと使っていてかなりのサイズ感だが本場中国ではもっと大きいらしい。麻辣口味を選んだのでサンショウの痺れがかなり効いている。辛さよりも痺れが強い。これも唐辛子とナッツの風味が強くうまい。魚はもちろん周辺の野菜も美味しく食べれた
◎牛ハチノスの辛味和え物
コリコリとした触感が良い感じ。辛味は抑えめ、ナッツの風味も○
◎ニラ串
食べやすく程よい辛味で美味しい
◎干し豆腐の野菜巻き・牛すじ
上の串は豆腐の皮で野菜が巻いてあるこれも独特な触感で美味しかった。牛串も抜群
◎揚げ豚肉の甘酢あんかけ
中国では子供に人気なメニューとのこと。油であげてサクサクとしつつも甘めのあんかけが美味しかった。食べやすく人気の理由もわかる
◎パーナ貝のニンニク蒸し
テーブルに届いた時はまだ沸騰して熱々。刻みにんにくを絡めたタレが抜群であっという間に食べ終わった。食べ終わった後のタレがもったいないくらいうまい
◎空芯菜のニンニク塩味炒め
これも食べやすくいくらでもいけそう
◎ジャガイモ、ナス、ピーマン炒め
ご飯との相性が抜群でご飯がかなり進んだ
◎ニラマンジュウ
中国では朝ごはんに食べるらしい。その割にはかなりボリューミーだが皮が程よい甘さがあるのに具材がきちんと味がしているので美味しい
◎ミルクさくさく揚げ
何が揚げてあるのかよくわからなかったが、真ん中にあるのは練乳でつけて食べる。デザートで相当美味しかった
