いつも満席で弾かれてしまう池袋の「とん長」さんの店先をのぞくと、カウンターに空きを発見！こりゃ行かなきゃ絶対損する！って事で、お邪魔しました。
ほんっとに人気があるので、絶対行くって方は是非電話で予約した方がいいかと思います。

池袋駅から徒歩５分でやきとんパラダイス。馬刺しが美味い三馬力の2軒手前といえば、あの人やこの人にはすぐにわかるはず。

もつ焼きは１本100円がメイン！安いですねー。
お店の方のおすすめは、てっぽう（100円）、ぴーまん（100円）、トロレバー（150円）、上タン特製ネギたれ串（200円）だそうです。マストですね！

煮崩れしてないのに、しっかり味が入ったじゃがいもです。これ美味しいですね。

美味しそうな煮込みの登場です。
ボリュームもたっぷり。
モツもゴロゴロ！柔らかく煮込まれていて旨味がほとばしります。昭和38年から守られた伝統の味に偽りなし。
器の底から豆腐も。七味じゃなくてカラシで食べると、横須賀の湯豆腐を思い出しますね。
おっと、飲み物がなくなりました。まだ時間があるのでハイボールで。

味をお任せでお願いしました。
ればーはタレ、てっぽうは醤油（？）、かしらは塩で焼き上げてくださいました。それぞれの肉の個性を引き出す焼き方、最高です。
レバーの焼き加減は？
焼きとんの中で一番好きなのがレバー。こちらの焼き加減はミディアムレアといった感じでしょうか。焼きすぎのモサモサしたのが苦手なので、こちらのレバーは美味しく頂けました。
カラシ味噌がミソ！
焼きとん盛り立てる見事な脇役のカラシ味噌。
ヤバいね、これだけで飲めちゃうね。
そろそろお店も混雑してきたので、この辺でお勘定を。
お会計をお願いしますあれこれ結構飲み食いしたんですが、1,570円でした。
ドリンクのハッピーアワーが効いて、ちょっとお安く飲めたようですが、レギュラータイムのドリンクもリーズナブルなので2000円もあればしっかり楽しめそうです。
自分で焼く「網焼き」も楽しめるそうなので、近いうちに肉好きな友達を誘ってお邪魔したいと思います。（網焼きは仕入れの関係から月曜日はないそうです。）
