（知人先輩の探した店に向かう！ ２／３）
一軒目の「大都会」さんで乾杯の生ビールだけを飲んで、向かうはこちら知人先輩が見つけ出してくれたお店、『とん長』さんへ訪問です。
入れないと困るので、昼間のうちに食べログから席をネット予約をしての訪問です。
予約の時間は、17:00。
10分前くらいに到着して、お店の前でふらふらしながら待っている。
開店時間となり、店内カウンター席に案内されました！
その後は、少しずつ席が埋まり帰る頃は、満席に近いくらいです。
お店をながめると、どこか地方のお店に来たような印象、癒される雰囲気です。
そして登場したのは柔軟剤の香りが良いおしぼり、優しい香りにほっとします。
フッと気がつくとBGMが無い、壊れているのかそもそも無いのか！？
スッゴい無音が気になる、オナラ出来ない！？（笑）
メニューを拝見して、こちらを注文です。

こちらでは乾杯ビールを済ませてきたので、始めからホッピーの白と黒とで、乾杯です♪

普通のなかと、凍った焼酎シャリなかとを楽しみました。
【もつ煮込み】
色々な肉が入るタイプ！
味噌と醤油のバランスがよいタイプの汁、肉の出汁も感じるつゆは最高です♪
もつのテッポーはトロトロ、鶏皮もつゆがしみしみの柔らかです。
【串焼き】
おーっ、紅生姜の入る味噌！コレ美味しいんです♪

肉厚で、焦げの苦味と香りも良い！炭火最高！

しっかり火が入るが、サクサク食感うまうま！
やはりこちらも炭の香り！最高です♪
《牛まる腸》
少し焼き過ぎ！？小さめなので、硬さがある！？
腸の脂の旨みがあるけど、やはり硬さがあり口に残る。
まる腸の旨みは、噛むほどに感じます。
《ねぎ》
噛むとねぎ汁ジュースが溢れて来る！
このネギ最高に美味しいです♪
《ぴーまん》
パリッとふっくら。辛味噌に合う！
《なす》
元の部分と先の部分で、ふっくらとシャッキリの２種類食感を楽しめる、そしてやはり味噌に合う。
【野沢菜】
酸味の効いた感じ、醤油系の味わい。
箸休めにベストマッチな逸品、シャキッと食感も良い！
鰹節の香りもあり、これまた良い！
【お通し】
煮物、出汁の効いたすうめ醤油味。
竹の子、糸蒟蒻、厚揚げ、里芋、立派な榎茸、箸切れ豚バラも入るそして出汁をとても感じる味！
