もうすぐ緊急事態宣言も解除されますが、
蔓延防止措置に移行する東京は、
飲食店に厳しい日々がまだまだ続きそうな最近です。
西口店が閉店してしまい、
なかなか吉野家に立ち寄る機会も減っていましたが、
今日は北口店へ来ました。
すぐ近くにあった松屋も閉店してしまい、
コロナの影響をやはり感じる池袋です。
最近は胃腸の調子があまり良くないので、
メニューを予め決めてきました。
すっかり軟弱者です。
食べるつもりで来たのは、
「ネバとろ牛丼」です。
それにお味噌汁を追加でお願いしました。
やっぱり胃腸に優しい食べ物といったら、
とろろが一番。
そして納豆も大好きです。
とろろの出汁も付いてきますが、
納豆のタレを納豆に入れるのであれば、
薄味好きの私としては特に不要でした。
納豆を丼に乗せ、
生卵の黄身をセンターに乗せて、
完成です。
オクラで緑黄色野菜も採れる、
体にも胃腸にも優しいメニュー。
しばらくはこのようなお昼ご飯ばかりで、
養生しています。
緊急事態宣言が明けたら、
元気にビールを飲めますように。
