通りがかり、池袋に蘭州ラーメン求めて下車しました。
蘭州牛肉拉麺 780
パクチーの匂い、味が特徴的で非常に好みな一方・・・基本的にあっさりめのスープで体にも良さそう。スープのみを安心してすすることができます。大阪に展開する揚子江ラーメンを思い出してしまいました。
牛肉は普通な感じですね。
店内は、ラーメン屋〜中華料理屋程度の小さなお店ですが、ザリガニの炒め2000など、メニュー豊富。また夜にでも来たいですね。
