2021年10月のとある土曜日の11時過ぎに訪ねた。
池袋駅から徒歩3分ほどの場所にある居酒屋「鳥然海然 池袋店」。
程好い広さの店内には先客5名ほど。
カウンター席に1人で座り、ランチメニューから「刺身定食」¥850を注文。
7,8分ほど待って提供される。
5種の刺身が盛り込まれたものにご飯、味噌汁、小鉢2種、漬物の組み合わせ。ご飯、味噌汁はお替り自由で、卓上の生玉子と味付け海苔も利用可能という素晴らしいサービス。
まぐろも含めて程好いクオリティの刺身を味わう。カツオのたたき、ねぎとろがご飯のおかずには良い感じ。硬めに炊かれたご飯に刺身を合わせて味付け海苔も利用する。たまに食べる味付け海苔は実に美味しい。
小鉢料理はひじきの煮付けときんぴらごぼう。ちょっと濃いめの味付けでご飯のおかずにはちょうど良い。
豊富なおかずでご飯を食べるとあっという間に一膳を食べ切ってしまう。
ご飯をお替りして生玉子を使って玉子かけご飯として味わう。
非常に満足度の高い鳥然海然の定食。ご飯をしっかり食べたい時にはオススメの居酒屋ランチ。
