以前から気になっていた池袋のうどん百名店！！
駅近でいつ店前を通っても満席に近いイメージがある。
当日は、週末だったからか、雨が降っていた日だったにも関わらず、満席だったので、事前に予約して行ってよかった。
■ 豆腐のフレンチフライ¥619
初めて見かけたメニューで、見た目はフレンチフライだが、中身はジャガイモではなく、豆腐。
ヘルシーでなんだか嬉しい！
トマトベースのソースが美味しすぎて、豆腐があまり得意でない連れもパクパク食べられていた。
■ 名物カルボナーラうどん¥1,480
どのうどんも、2玉まで大盛り無料。
看板商品のカルボナーラうどんは、カツオから取った和だしを使っているため、単にイタリアンのカルボナーラの麺をうどんにしただけじゃない！
うどんに合うようにちょっぴり和風な感じがして良き。
うどんのもちもち感と卵の濃厚感が合わさって非常に美味しい！
胡椒も結構かかっているのがこれまた良い。
■ 瀬戸農園の海鮮ジェノバうどん¥1,400
ソースが美味しい！海鮮好きにはオススメ。
粉チーズがかかっているのも嬉しい。
PayPayが使えないのが残念だが、いつもと一味違う、うどんが食べられたのは良かった！
