思った以上に熱々のうどん
土曜日の10:40店着で1番乗り。
開店前には2組待ちだが、入店した
直後に次々と来店されていて店を
出る頃にはいっぱいであった。
カルボナーラうどん大盛（1.5玉）を
注文。特盛（2玉）までは無料でOK。
10分しないうちに提供。
結構もっちりしている麺に見た目よりも
あっさり目のソース。出汁感のためか
最後までスッと食べられた。
カルボナーラというよりも洋風の
うどんという印象。
過去のコメントで柔らかめの麺との
意見多かったですが、個人的には結構
固いというよりはもっちりしていると
いう印象でした。
カレーとか合うかなと思ったりもしたので
次回訪店時はカレーかなと思いました。

木曜日の18時頃に訪問しすぐ入店。
この日はカレーうどんを注文。
カレーとうどんがかなりマッチして
凄く美味しい。お肉の量も多く、
牛すじであるからこその食感と
カレーのスパイスとの相性が
非常にいい。長時間煮込まれたで
あろう玉ねぎもいいアクセント。
かなりお気に入りのカレーうどんです。
