柔らかめで
塩味が強め・黒めな汁
汁少なめなんで
伊勢うどんに近い感じ？
うどんは
汁が良く染み込んでる感じ
ネギ・胡麻・海苔がのってるんで
下から良く混ぜて食べると
丁度いい感じ

コレは酒のアテだな（笑）
