GW前半の最終日は、サルヴァトーレでディナー
サルヴァトーレと言ったらピザ。
注文したのはピッツァ世界コンペティションで3年連続受賞、世界が認めたピッツァ"D.O.C(ドック)"！ チェリートマト、バジル、モッツァレラ、粉チーズと一見シンプルな具だけど、生地の厚さや焼き立てでもっちりした食感、熱々でとろけたチーズの良さが重なってすごく美味しかった！
数あるパスタの中から選んだのは、旬の食材の春キャベツと桜エビを使ったペペロンチーノ！
そこにアスパラも入っていて、あっさりしてワインにピッタリなパスタでした！
ワイン好きにはたまらないメニューのおすすめはアスパラのトリュフマヨネーズ！
トリュフ、これはクセになる大人の味！
甘みのあるアスパラと相性がすごく良かった！
ワインのフリーフローも泡、白、赤、ロゼと多くの種類が用意されていた！
セルフなので好みのワインを自分で見て選べる、これも楽しみの一つで満足できた。
雰囲気の良いお店でどのメニューも美味しくいただけた！ご馳走様でした。
