I'm that kind of person, so I love high places, but it looks like I'll end my life without ever living in Tower Man. Damn it! Someone please buy me one! But for me, just Restaurants on the 59th floor is not something special, but there's something about it. I ordered the weekend lunch course for 4,510 yen. Assorted appetizers, soup, pasta, main course, and dessert. There's octopus as an appetizer, and the whole thing is definitely oceanic. However, I don't like high-end ingredients, so I decided to stay on a high floor and enjoy the ocean breeze, so I paid an additional fee for the sea urchin for the pasta and abalone for the main course, which came to about 6,800 yen. ■Spaghettini with orange-scented sea urchin cream sauce, but the sea urchin was a little thin considering the extra 1,200 yen, and there was no smell or sweetness of sea urchin, so I was disappointed that it was imported sea urchin. It was certainly an orange-scented pasta, but half of it was alum-scented pasta... ■Grilled Live Ezo Abalone The abalone had a slight odor that went beyond the aroma of the ocean. . Personally, I think a little more preparation could be done. So, the sauce was balsamic, but it was just balsamic and I couldn't taste the flavor, which was disappointing. It's like a sour-based commercial drink, so it's impossible to enjoy it. If this were the case, I think that the two dishes my wife ordered at the default price, ■An interesting pasta dish called Peperoncino with sweet potato and Pecorino Romano, and ■Sauteed marlin tuna with anchovy oil sauce, would have been better overall. I'm an old man who wastes money when it comes to sea urchins and abalones, so I guess that means I never had the opportunity to live in Tower Man and never will. . . It's a year-end jumbo! So I stormed off to the lottery ticket office.
