よく行列ができているのを見るので気になっていました。噛むと肉汁が思わぬ方向に飛んで驚きました。ほんの少しだけかじってスープを吸うのが正解だと学びました。熱々というよりぬるい感じだったので、一口で食べてしまっても良いかもしれません。皮はそこまでもちもちではないものの、底はカリカリしていて美味しいです。醤油はマイルドで美味しいです。胡椒の味変もいいですね。ごまもたっぷりで嬉しいです。

大きめなので4個でもそこそこ満足できます。その場で出来立てを食べるのがおすすめです。今度は糯米焼売を食べたいです。
