週末のお昼に伺いました。
店内には大きな鉄板があり、そこで小籠包をまとめて焼いています。
一度に100個近く作れるのではないかと。。
お客は日本人は少なく、殆どが中国の方です。
今回は焼き小籠包を注文。
焼いているのもあり、皮はちょいと硬めかな？厚め好きなら良いかもです。
中は肉汁がぎっしり！！
またに肉汁を味わう感じです。
池袋北口で小腹が空いたらまた食べたくなるかと。
