平日のお昼時に友人と訪問。小雨が降っているせいかいつもより行列が少くてありがたいです。
先に店内で食券を購入して、列に並びます。
列に並ぶと店員さんが食券を確認しに来るので、その際に「野菜マシ、ニンニクなし」で注文。
20分ほど並び店内へ。
着席後11分で着丼。
こんもりと盛られた野菜とチャーシューが美味しそうです。
麺は花道系のお店なのでしっかりとした極太麺タイプ。勢いよくすすると確実にスープが跳ねますので気になる方は券売機の上にある使い捨て紙エプロンを使いましょう。
スープは野菜が溶け合って味噌の濃度も丁度良く、【飲める】スープです。
チャーシューはホロホロとしっかり煮込まれたタイプで厚みも十分でした。
途中備え付けの唐辛子をふりかければ味変もでき、パンチが効いた味も楽しめます。
週末などは特に並びが凄いので中々食べに行くのは躊躇してしまいますがまた再訪したいと思います。
