平日の夜、20時前に訪問しました。小雨模様でしたが、約15名の並びがありました。20分程度待って入店です。
食券は並びの前に購入で、味噌ラーメンに味玉トッピングです。並び途中で、食券を回収される時に野菜とニンニクの量を聞かれますが、共にマシでお願いしました。
ラーメンは素晴らしいビジュアルで提供されます。ネギの下には、炒めた野菜が隠れています。チャーシューは大変柔らかく、麺は太麺で、モッチリ系です。ドロっとしたスープと良く絡みます。ニンニクは別皿で提供されます。
途中で机上の一味で味変しましたが、個人的にはこちらの方が好みのお味です。次回は最初から入れようと思いました。
一気に完食して、スープも楽しませていただきました。大変美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。ありがとうございます♪
