先に食券を買い、30分ほど並び入店。
麺を丼に入れ、しばらくしてからスープを入れて作るのはどうなんだろう…。素人なのでよくわからないが美味しい作り方には見えない。
まずはスープを一口。
ゴクゴク飲める熱さ…。
熱々でない味噌ラーメンて…。
野方の花道さんの方が数倍美味しい。
刻みニンニクも自由に入れることができないし…。
普通の味噌ラーメンでも一杯1,000円…。
池袋だから高いのは仕方ないが…。
前から行きたかったお店だったので残念…。
もう行きません。
