池袋東口エリアラーメンNO1の花田さんに初訪問。（訪問時3.74）
何回か店の前は通っていたのですが、いつも行列ができていた為諦めていました。今回は小雨と時間も13時過ぎと言うこともあり、2名しか並んでいなかったのでチャンスと思い並びました。
つけ麺と味噌ラーメンで、どちらが売りなのかよくわからなかったのでとりあえず今回は味卵味噌チャーシュー麺1210円をオーダー。
麺、スープ、野菜、チャーシュー、味卵それぞれ美味い。
単独で見るとダシを取られているがチャーシューはコスパが、いいかも。食べ応えは抜群。
次はつけ麺を行ってみたい。
