あたらない牡蠣を開発してると記事で見て、初めて訪問。いつも西武で食べる時もスルーしてたなー。
陸上で完全養殖された牡蠣の出荷はまだ先のようだけど、新しい技術への取り組み、挑戦は応援したくなる。
ちがこは、あんまり乗り気ではないけどついてきてもらった。
牡蠣はどれもまあまあ美味しい。
クラムチャウダーはボストンで食べる好きなやつと少し似てた。サラッとしてて、しっかりと貝がはいってて、いい感じ。パンにつけるといいよ。
ちが子が注文してたブリフィックスランチコースはかなりお得な価格設定じゃないかな？
初回だし、色々と試したいから私はアラカルトで色々と頼みまくったけど、次からはプリフィックス&クラムチャウダーでいいかも。たぶん、かも。
また行きたいな。
