いつもいつも満杯で並んでいる池袋西武のお蕎麦屋さん。実は銀座のお店にもお邪魔した事があり、入りたいのに入れないお店でしたが、本日は谷間に当たった様で突入。
先ずは小ビールで喉を潤しメニューを選択。
イチジクの味噌だれ
濃厚味噌ダレとイチジクの組み合わせは意外に合います。お試しあれ。
野菜天ぷら
カリッと上がっており、天汁とオロシ、塩で堪能。この天ぷらさすがです。舞茸もパリッと揚がってます。
大山鶏正肉の焼き鳥タレ
柔らかな大山鶏と甘めのタレがよく合います。それにしても焼き加減と柔らか肉のバランスがグッド。
最後に辛味そば
辛ーい、けど美味しい。辛味大根は季節の野菜でしたよね、などと考えながら、蕎麦を啜ります。
銀座に行かなくても池袋で味わえる明月庵ぎんざ田中屋さん。また谷間の時間を探そうっと思いながら、ご馳走様でした。
