池袋駅西口地下C6出口から徒歩3分。
コンセプトは、
目指したのはイタリアの街角にある食堂
「本格的なイタリア料理やワインをおなかいっぱい楽しんでもらいたい」だそうで、いつも見掛けて気になっていたお店です。
13時頃に行ったらお店は賑わっており、活気があります。シェフは一人で調理。女性客ばかり。
ランチコースを注文。
前菜にはたっぷりのサラダと、一口キャッシュと一口炭火で焼いた鶏モモ。
この時点で期待が高まる。
自家製フォッカッチャたん(オリーブオイルつき)メインである
クリームパスタは、滑らかな生フィットチーネで時間が経っても伸びません。コクのあるクリーム(スープパスタ)に、しめじとベーコンがたくさん入っていて満足感を感じれます。
数量限定のトマトハンバーグは、240g相当の大きなハンバーグの下にたくさんのザクザク野菜が敷かれており、ミネストローネが酸味と甘味がマイルドに調和されています。
ハンバーグは、The男のハンバーグ！って感じのゴロゴロ感。
最後にババロアのドルチェと食後の飲み物をいただきました。
これで1200円はコスパ良いし、穴場感がありますね！美味しかったです。
