代打でも最高の
結果を
前々から行きたいと思って
何度もチャレンジしている
池袋にあるアリガットカレー。
残念ながらまたもや準備中・・
さて困ったなと思ったら
すぐ近くにインドネパール料理店が
あり入ってみました。
ダルバール
(旧ニューサンライズダイニング)
「ニューサンライズダイニング」の
看板が掲げられていたので
それが店名かと思っていたら
去年「ダルバール」という
名前に変更したみたい。
メニューには載ってなかったのですが
入店して「ダルバートは作れますか？」
と聞いたらできるとのこと。
お願いしました。
アリガットがやってなくて
慌てて入ったお店ですが
手入れが行き届いた気持ちの良いお店で
ゆっくり落ち着きます。
じょいっこが行った時は
オーナーさんは出かけていて、
オーナーの奥さんと
シェフの2オペでした。
シェフは日本語があまり話せませんが
奥さんがペラペラでいろいろと
教えてくれました。
シェフはネワールの方で
新大久保で働いていた経験も
あるそうです。
ダルバートはメニューにないですが
ちょいちょいオーダーされることがあり、
頼まれれば作っているとのこと。

ふぁ～！予想以上にちゃんとした
おいしそうなダルバート！
提供までに少し時間がかかりましたが
丁寧に作られているのが分かります。
サラダの野菜がフレッシュ。
久しぶりに中華ドレッシングで
食べましたがなかなか良いですね。
ダルはいろんな豆が入ったミックス。
カレーを激辛でと
お願いしたつもりでしたが
ダルもピリリと辛い。
シャバシャバのカレーは
しっかり辛口。
特に肉を指定しませんでしたが
デフォルトでチキンが出てきました。
にんにくと唐辛子で炒めたサグ
ゴルベラコアチャールが
独特で美味しい！
まったりとしたクリーム状で
ティムルの香りがふわっと。
しかも量がたっぷり乗っているのも
良かったです。
ゴルベラコアチャールを絶賛していたら
ほかのアチャールも出してくれました。
唐辛子とニンニクのアチャール。
唐辛子と聞いて辛いのかと思ったら
それほどでもなく、
甘さと酸味があってこれもいける！
選べるドリンクはラッシーに。
夜は付かないそうですが
昼はドリンクも付くそうです。
ストローの先に袋の切れ端をつけて
くれて出されます。
なんてことないけれど嬉しい。
アリガットがやっていなくて
代打で入ったお店ですが
良心的でよかった～～
