By the way, the number of staff has increased, and it seems that a resident chef joined a few months ago. This seems to be even more promising for cooking. On this day, I came early and had curry while drinking lightly. The proud "chicken curry" is topped with "crab claw" in a slightly luxurious way. The "curry" here is really good. It has a sweetness or richness and is moderately spicy. It was flattened in no time. The "crab claw" topping also goes very well. It's on the second floor of the building, but it can be a little difficult to find if you're new to it, so look for it carefully. The new shop, which opened last fall, has a stylish space with the scent of coconut in Dining Bar. With 6 seats at the counter and a few sofas, it seems that about 30 people can be accommodated. On the big screen in the store, a Fijian video (owner's PV?) is flowing, creating a tropical mood. This is because the owner of this place seems to have been a local manager at a language school in Fiji for several years, and has a very deep knowledge of Fiji. It seems that the interesting owner and the handsome bartender are the two main ones. Both the owner and the bartender are nice guys who have a lot of topics to talk about and are good conversationalist. It's a very cozy and fun restaurant. Most of the standard cocktails are 500 yen ~ 650 yen. Authentic cocktails made in a shaker and original cocktails made on request are also 800 yen. In particular, the "Fresh Mint Mojito" (800 yen) is one of the restaurant's signature dishes. Also, if you are weak on alcohol, you may want to try a seasonal tropical cocktail such as "Mango Soda" (650 yen) or "Banana Beach" (650 yen). And this shop is basically a bar, but it seems that they are quite particular about the food, so it is very fulfilling. Based on the concept of carefully selecting healthy ingredients and serving them as handmade as possible, we have a lineup of homemade menus. You can feel the restaurant's desire to provide really delicious food at a reasonable price. Among the Creative Cuisine that the owner, a former "gluttonous backpacker," has trained locally, the most noteworthy is the authentic Ethnic Cuisine cuisine such as curry.
