お料理がおいしい、お酒の種類がある、雰囲気が良い。
店員さんのコスチュームや、牢屋などのコンセプト、
景色や、スポーツ観戦など、他店と差別化するのは大変です。
とこなつ家は、「転職バー」です。
南国と、ハウス・ミュージックと、転職。
そして、お酒と、カレー。
カットアップで遊んでいるわけではありません。
もはやカオスといっていいほどのファクターの嵐です。
定義しようとすると難しいのですが、
行ってみると全然そんなことはありません。
サンシャイン通りから、少し下り勾配がついているところを
お寿司の「若貴」あたりから入っていきます。
店内は、イスがいいです。シャレではありません。
特に、ボックスの贅沢なソファーはとても心地が良いです。
そして、壁に投影される癒し系映像。
酸素マスクとかあったら寝てしまいそうです。
お酒が進むとあぐらをかきたくなりますが、ここはガマンです。
皆さん書かれているように。カレーが絶品です。
ホームページにはココナッツミルクのカレーの写真がでていましたが、
欧風カレーなどもあります。
ハーフ、プチサイズも出してくれるので、食べ比べが楽しいです。
お酒は、珍しいものは多くないですが、
基本的なところは抑えてあるので、一緒にいく人の
好みが多彩でも対応できるでしょう。
冬ですが、生ミントのモヒートは最高でした。
転職バーと銘打ったオフィシャルホームページがすごいですね。
店主の方は著書も出されているようです。タメになるなぁ。
