池袋に来る用があったので序にリサーチ…。
【雰囲気】
駅から徒歩３分の所で西武デパートＢ１Ｆに店舗はあります。
店の外観は、壁部の店名が目印で、対面販売です。
【味】
●ひとつぶのピオーネ ２７０円
ピオーネを求肥コーティングした品です。
類似品にひとつぶのマスカットがあり、そちらが定番だと思いますが、色々考えます
ね～。
求肥部は、柔らかい甘みです。
ブドウ部は、瑞々しいピオーネそのもので、種がないので全て食べられます。
求肥によってピオーネの甘酸っぱさが更に引き立つと言う事でしょう。
日持ちはしない季節菓子を頂きましたが、フルーツだけの方が良い？
