仕事の合間にソロランチ。東池袋駅至近、サンシャインから徒歩2分ほどのマレーシアレストラン。看板商品の肉骨茶チャンをはじめとする本格的なエスニック料理チャンをいただける専門店。
台風の接近する金曜日13時半。サンシャインの屋内レストランはどこもいっぱい。仕方なく横なぐりの暴風雨の中、役に立たない傘をたたみ走って当店へ。先客はゼロ←当たり前かw
薬膳系のアジアン臭が立ち込める店内は、接続可能な2人掛けテーブル8卓と4人掛け1卓のキャパ20席。
お得なランチセットは肉骨茶チャンを含む6種類。せっかく当店に来たのだから…と思いつつも初訪問でいきなり冒険するのも勇気がいる話。まずはチキンライスチャンで安全運転することに。

5分ほどでサーブ。
ふっくらとハリのある蒸し鶏チャン。身の解れ具合もよく、シャキシャキとしたもやしチャンとの食感のコンビネーションも楽しい。スイートチリチャンを前面に押し出したあーこんな感じだよね的なバランスのいい甘辛いタレが印象的。パクチーチャンはデフォルトでは乗ってないのでお好みでトゥギャザーしてください。
脇を固める水菜大根キャベツの胡麻ドレサラダチャンとやさしいダシのチキンスープチャンも無難な仕上がり。感動レベルではないが食べ応えもそれなりで1250円なら十分満足のいくクオリティ。美味しかったです(∩･∀･∩)
次回はアジアン好きの同僚連れてぜひ肉骨茶チャンにチャレンジしてみよう。
