前々からずっと気になっていた韓国料理店「韓国食彩にっこりマッコリ」さん。待つ事10分2人で遂に入店。ランチメニューもありますが、一通りメニューを見て、ブーム到来との事でチュクミの中から一品、チヂミ好きな為そのセットから一品下記の通り注文
チュクミサムギョプサル定食

チュクミ
飯蛸と野菜サムギョプサルの野菜炒め風で辛さもあり、白いご飯とよく合います。飯蛸好きなんですよね。こんな食べ方もあったんですね。嫌いじゃないですね。サムギョプサルは油を落としてカリッと焼いてあり歯応えが良いですね。チュクミを食べ白いご飯を食べを繰り返し、最後はチェクミ丼にして、スプーンでパクパク。ベリーグッド！
チヂミ
カリッとした外側と、しっとりとした中側のコンビネーションが良いですね。チヂミタレもマッチしてマシソヨ。しっとり感は玉ねぎからくるんだろうなぁ、などと思いを馳せながら、箸が進みます。
石焼ビビンバ
写真を撮る前に混ぜ始め慌ててストップ。早く混ぜ混ぜしないとお焦げが作れないので焦ってしまいました。辛さマシマシソースを多めにかけて、手早く混ぜ混ぜ。十分混ぜた所で鍋肌にご飯を押し付け、ワカメスープを飲みながら、暫く待ちます。さぁ食べるぞーという事でパックリ。石焼はお焦げと辛さと具材のマッチングが命。美味しく出来ました。
韓国さながら四品前菜がついて、お手頃価格でご馳走様。予想通りのお味にチェクミの経験が入り、大満足。お腹いっぱい。ご馳走様でした。
