水曜日には久方ぶりに会う人に声をかけてもらって、
ランチをしに行ってきました。
なかなかランチの場所が決まらないので「麺」とだけリクエストをもらい、
韓国人の知り合いのおすすめの「にっこりマッコリ」に行ってみました。
ここの冷麺がおすすめなんですって。
ちょうど冷麺フェアをやっていて、
期間限定冷麺もいろいろあったので目移りしちゃいますね。
でも、私は定番の「にっこり冷麺」にしちゃいますよ！
まずはパンチャン（おかず）が出てきました。
このおかずはおかわりできないんですって。
そして注文したお料理も順に出てきました。
まず最初に出てきたのがトッポギ。
甘辛味のトッポギにはオデンとうずら卵が入っています。
甘＜辛な感じで結構私の好きな味でした。
そしてニラチヂミのチーズトッピング。
おそろしく焦げているチヂミでしたが、
ニラがこれでもかというくらいに入っていて、
カリッカリの焼き上がりです。
そこにたっぷりのチーズがとろけていて、
焦げているにもかかわらず美味しかったです。
こちらは期間限定のトマト冷麺とコングクス風のえごま豆乳冷麺。
私のにっこり冷麺は最後に出てきました。
スープが凍っているのが涼しげでいいですね～
これなら最後までひんやり冷たいままで食べられます。
麺は極細でそば粉入りのコシ強め。
麺の歯ごたえももちろん抜群ですが、
さっぱりした味のスープが美味しかったですね。
途中で酢も入れてさらにさっぱりさせると
スープだけでいくらでも飲めてしまうので
途中からぐっと我慢してしまいました。(笑)
今度は鉄板料理なんかも食べてみたいですね～
