2日連続の長い社内研修が終わり、色々ハプニングもあって、疲れた状態で入店。
何か高い店ではない方が、妙な自分へのねぎらい感あるのは私だけ？
Uber Eats対応してなくてまだ食べていなかったけど、気になっていた「sio 鳥羽シェフ共同開発 感動ハンバーグ」(1,319円)を注文。あと、ミックスサラダのSサイズも（395円）も。
珍しくデジタルメニュー上の能書がとても長いです。
ガスト史上最も分厚いというハンバーグ、さすがに肉感たっぷりです。
コクのあるデミグラスソース、上に載った目玉焼きと相まって、クラシカルな日本の洋食のクラス感満点です。
ただ、ハンバーグの中のトリュフ香るポテトチーズクリームは、ちょっとソースと卵に負けてる気も。あんまりトリュフ感は強くなかったです。このとろけ出る感じといい、十分美味しいんですけどね。
とはいえ、トータルではとてもクオリティ高いと思います。
次はちゃんこ霧島監修のちゃんこ鍋を試したい！
