和菓子で有名なとらやさんのあんこペーストが売られていたので、購入してみました。「こしあん」と「黒砂糖とメープルシロップ」の２種類がありました。
こしあんは、羊羹をペーストにしたような滑らかで餡子の甘みと小豆の香りを味わえます。味わいとしては、かなり定番のあんこです。
黒砂糖とメープルシロップは、黒糖やメープルシロップの香りがかなり効いています。香りの主張が強めですが、パンにはとても良く合います。
羊羹以外でもとても美味しいあんこでした。
