Kuroge Wagyu beef grilled on a Madake net
I went there because it was starting to become a hot topic on Instagram! ︎ The atmosphere of the store and the staff were great! ︎ It was amazing that there was no smoke at all as it was a bamboo net! ︎ Not only was the meat delicious, but the authentic kimchi, pancakes, and homemade desserts were also delicious!! ︎The King Kalbi was so fresh that you could tell just by looking at it, and when you ate it, the sweet fat was so delicious!! ︎The tongue platter was very beautiful, and the pot-pickled short ribs were amazing!! ︎The wine was also very delicious! ︎ I will definitely come again!! ︎I want to order a course next time!! ︎

先日も来店しましたが、また来ました。
何度来てもこの竹の網で焼くというのは新鮮で素晴らしいものですね。時間が経つと竹の香ばしい香りも楽しめます。お肉も非常にクオリティが高く美味しいです。厚切りタン塩はとても分厚いですが、上品な脂が乗っていて柔らかいのでとても食べやすいです。このお店に来たら必ず注文する肉寿司も絶品です。どの握りも素晴らしいですが特に、中トロのカイノミは歯がいらないくらい柔らかく口の中でとろけます。ミスジも絶品です。
