本格石釜のナポリピッツァが楽しめる『GOODMORNINGCAFEルミネ池袋』石釜で焼き上げた本格ナポリピッツァが楽しめる、池袋LUMINE８Fにあるお洒落なレストラン『GOODMORNINGCAFEルミネ池袋』に行って来ました。
桃と水茄子と生ハムを贅沢に使った『桃と水茄子生ハムのサラダホワイトバルサミコドレッシング(1180円)』も水々しくシャキシャキの水茄子と甘い桃としょっぱい生ハムの相性が抜群で美味しかった。
期待のピザはトウモロコシのピュレのソースと燻製にした鶏モモ肉が抜群の『燻製にした鶏モモ肉のグリルとトウモロコシピッツアマイル(1400円)』を注文、トウモロコシが甘くて外はカリッと、中はモチモチのピザ生地との相性が抜群でメチャ美味しかったです。
熱々のピザとキンキンに冷えた生ビールが最高に美味しかったです、本格的な本格石釜のナポリピッツァが楽しめる『GOODMORNINGCAFEルミネ池袋』は個人的にオススメなお店です。

石窯で焼き上げる本格ナポリピッツァから旬の食材を使ったこだわりパスタ、パティシエ特製のスイーツが食べられるお店。
レンコン、ゴボウ、サツマイモなど季節の野菜が沢山の『季節野菜の窯焼き(980円)』は寒くなったこの時期にピッタリでレンコンはシャキシャキでサツマイモは甘くて美味しかったです。
あとは切り立ての生ハムが皿からこぼれるぐらいたっぷりと盛られたインパクト大の『こぼれ生ハム(1000円)』も注文。
期待のピザはシンプルイズベストのピッツァの王道『マルゲリータ(1200円)』を注文、トマトソースをベースに具材としてモッツァレラチーズとバジルの葉がのったシンプルなピザですが外はカリッと、中はモチモチのピザ生地が美味しかったです。
熱々のピザとキンキンに冷えた生ビールが最高に美味しかったです、本格的な本格石釜のナポリピッツァが楽しめる『GOOD MORNING CAFE ルミネ池袋』は個人的にオススメなお店です。
